Rent Collection
With our Online Accounting program timely rent collections are made easier. Tenants can pay rent online via credit card or bank account deposit. Or pay rent via check or money order.

About Us
Infinity One Properties is a real estate investment and property management company. We were established as a limited liability company on January 2017 as a subsidiary to NGHS Real Estate Developing Group – a 16 year experienced real estate developing company with a focus on commercial, residential and vacation rentals.
As of today Infinity One Properties are managing over 120 rental apartments throughout the New Orleans Metro area.
We manage property accounts on behalf of commercial and residential investors, single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, multifamily homes, offices, commercial buildings and vacation rentals.
As a property management company our value mission’s strategy combines marketing, development, and great customer service.
