About Our New Orleans Property Management Company
Infinity One Properties is a real estate investment and property management company That was established as a limited liability company on January 2017 as a subsidiary to NGHS Real Estate Developing Group – a 16 year experienced real estate developing company with a focus on commercial, residential and vacation rentals.
As of today Infinity One Properties are managing over 120 rental apartments throughout the New Orleans Metro, Managing accounts of properties on behalf of commercial and residential investors, single family homes, duplexes triplexes, multifamily homes, offices, commercial buildings and vacation rentals.
As a property management company our mission value adds strategy that combines marketing, development, and a great costumer service.

Moshe Shargian – CEO
Owner and founder of NGHS (real estate and development group) , an experienced developer and investor of 16 years, own and manage over 100 units in east Louisiana.
Besides for his major experience in real estate he used to own and operate over 17 locations of retail stores and booths all over Louisiana.
Shlomo Greenwald – CEO/Property Manager
A successful NY real estate agent, a developer and investor.
Was a sales manager for AWS a major building supply company in NY.
Have a major knowledge of development and construction process.
