Service Includes
• Rental Analysis and Evaluation – First we will evaluate your rental based on Location, Property’s existing condition, Property’s worth (price per square foot) etc. Based on the rental analysis we will calculate the approximate amount of monthly cash flow.
• NOI Maximization Plan – According to the findings of the first step, we will build our NOI Maximization Plan. The plan will include possible renovations and a few different steps that we will have to take to bring your property to the next level
• Constructions estimate – According to the NOI Maximization Plan we will estimate the cost and time frame for any renovation needed.
• Renovation – When constructions estimate is approved we will set up time and deadlines and begin to work on the property.
• Rental Reevaluation – After the work is done we will reevaluate your property.
