For example, let’s take the easiest and cheapest task of changing an AC filter. Air filter needs to be changed often, if it won’t be changed often it will slowly worsen the AC’s unit condition, and in result could cause the replacement of an expensive AC unit.
Even scheduling the easiest task of changing AC air filters may seem minor, it is the way we prevent a major issue. We are here to inspect the apartment often to prevent costly problems for you now and in the future.

Major Maintenance Finance Plan
How many times have you had an unexpected, major maintenance expense? This can cut the profit of your investment and again you finding yourself go a step backwards.
What happens when something like that happens?
First we will notify you immediately, Second we will send our maintenance team to evaluate the damage and estimate the repair’s cost. If the repair’s cost exceeding 500$ we will have to notify you and get your authorization before getting anything done to the property, otherwise we will get it done immediately.
sometimes you don’t have the required funds to deal with a major damage, but the goal is getting it done faster before the damage gets worst.
We are here for you! At Infinity One Properties we developed a plan that will bring ease to our customers with major maintenance expenses.
How does it work?
Infinity One Properties will initially cover the cost of any damage, then break down the amount into a payment plan that will be up to 60% from your monthly rental income.
All you will have to come up with will be 20%- 30% of down payment of the repair’s estimated cost.
Infinity One Properties have the right to review and assist each case differently.
Accounts that will be qualified for this service will have to have an account with the company for at list 6 month prior to receiving the benefits of this service.
